BioHi, my name is Katherine. I am currently a high school junior. About a year ago, I watched the Invisible Children movie. From that point on, I have been interested in helping those less fortunate. I don't know what I want to do when I'm older, but I do know that I want to make the world a better place. I knew at a very young age that I wanted to change the world. I guess I'm an idealist...I dream big and aim high. Not until I watched the Invisible Children movie did I truly believed that I could change the world. If you haven't seen the movie (I highly recommend it) it was the brainchild of 3 college kids. They had no clue what they were getting themselves into, all they knew was that they wanted to help people. From that point, I have realized that I don't need a clean cut plan, but rather just a dream.
